In an Emergency
Whenever possible, please contact us about emergencies during normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible. In the case of an emergency out of hours, phone the surgery, and the emergency number will be given on the answerphone. If treatment is necessary, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.
Private patients may call Dr Bookey on 07956316642 but again it is best to call the practice telephone number to check on our current arrangements.
Camden PCT provides out of hours emergency cover for NHS patients- resident in Camden - from 6.30pm-8.00am Mon-Fri and throughout all week-ends and Bank Holidays. Please call the practice answerphone for the current correct telephone number. Please be aware that this service is very limited. Non- Camden residents should look at the websites for their local PCT or NHS Direct www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk or call NHS Direct 111
Appointments
You can make an appointment by telephone, you can call in to make arrangements or
request an appointment online. We prefer
online requests wherever possible as it reduces possible telephone congestion. You will find our regular opening times at the top of this page.
If you need to cancel an appointment please give us as much notice as possible. Our practice policy requires min 24h notice of cancellation /rebooking . We might make a charge if you do not give us sufficient notice.
Once your initial treatment is complete, we encourage you to come back to the practice at regular intervals as part of our Continuing Care Programme to see that everything is going well.
We will send a letter to remind you when your next visit is due if you did not book an appointment on leaving at your last visit. Text messages are sent to remind you of pre-booked appointments.
